Frequently Asked Questions
How do I crop a video?
Pick a video from Photos or Files, then choose a ratio (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9…) or a platform preset. Drag the frame, drag the video, or pinch to zoom. Tap Preview to check the result, then export.
Why does my video have black bars?
When the video ratio differs from the frame ratio, extra space appears. Use the Fill Window button to scale the video to cover the frame, or choose a background fill (blur / mirror / stretch / color) to fill the space while keeping the full video.
Where do exported videos go?
After export you can save the video to your Photo Library or to Files (Exports folder). Saved videos appear in the Files tab of the app.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Settings → Pro Version → Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Restoring works on any device.
Why am I seeing ads?
The free version is supported by ads. Upgrade to Pro (one-time purchase) to remove all ads — banner, interstitial and rewarded ads are all skipped for Pro users.
Why is my video not processing / export fails?
Make sure the video is a supported format (MP4, MOV, M4V). Extremely large 4K files may take longer — keep the app in the foreground while exporting. If the issue persists, contact us with the video details.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. All processing happens entirely on your device. Videos, frames and analysis data never leave your iPhone.
How do I transfer videos from my computer?
Open the Transfer tab, start the WiFi server, then visit the shown address in your computer's browser to upload videos over your local network. Both devices must be on the same WiFi.
