1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ToneScoop Video Crop Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download. An optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") unlocks all features and removes ads. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's App Store terms. Pro is a lifetime license for the App; it is not a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or bypass the App's protections or licensing mechanisms.
• You must not use the App to process content you do not have the right to process.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design and trademarks, is the property of ToneScoop and its licensors. Content you process with the App remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
